What happens when the trial ends?

Once your trial ends, you will be transited to the free plan automatically.

If you decide to commit to a paid subscription and use the full potential of the platform, you can upgrade to one of the available plans (Starter, Professional, Custom, or Ultimate Bundle) using the Plans & Billing page. You can adapt any plan based on your requirements and increase the number of team members, seats, and add-ons.

You can also downgrade to any other plan or a free plan at any time.

Trial + Add-ons

During the trial period, you are able to buy any of the available add-ons in Reply.

Add-ons are paid subscriptions for specific features of Reply, such as the ability to add more team members, connect additional email accounts for outreach activities (seat for mailboxes), use a LinkedIn account to perform LinkedIn automation tasks (seat for LinkedIn automation), and make cloud calls.

Read this article to get a detailed overview of the system of seats.

When you choose to purchase add-ons during the trial period, you won't be billed the full price for those add-ons. Instead, the cost of the add-ons will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in your trial.

Important:

The trial period in Reply is limited to 14 days and does not offer multiple trials. Even if you purchase add-ons that unlock premium features during the trial, you will only be charged for the remaining days of their trial period. This ensures fairness and transparency in billing.

For example, suppose you decide to purchase add-ons on the 10th day of your trial. In such a scenario, you will only be charged for the remaining 4 days of the trial instead of the full price of the add-ons. This flexible approach enables you to explore the premium features without committing to a full purchase until the trial period concludes.

Please note that Reply also offers you the option to try a trial of Warm-Up in Mailtoaster. This valuable feature helps you establish a positive sender reputation, thereby improving email deliverability and ensuring that important messages reach their intended recipients.
