When you sign up for Reply, you will receive a 14-day trial period automatically. During this trial, you have plenty of time to explore and experience some of the platform's top features without any commitments. As a result, you can evaluate how well it fits your needs and make an informed decision about which features and billing plan would be best for you.

What is included in the Reply trial period?

During the trial period, you get access to the features included in the Professional plan. Here's an overview of the features you can explore:

Email Sequences and Multichannel Sequences

Create effective multichannel sequences to connect with your contacts through various communication channels while personalizing your interactions.

Reply provides access to a wide range of communication channels to try during the trial period. You can send personal emails, connect with contacts via LinkedIn connections (Message, Connect, InMail, View Profile), schedule calls, send SMS and WhatsApp messages, and even use integrations with Zapier. Additionally, you can instantly create tasks in Reply, maximizing your outreach efforts through diverse channels.

2 mailboxes

Use two seats for connecting email accounts to Reply. This means you can manage two mailboxes to send emails to your contacts at the same time. Read more about the seat system in this article.

B2B Data credits and advanced Data search

Leverage B2B Data credits with advanced data search capabilities to quickly and effortlessly find the contacts you need.

During a trial period, you can use up to 200 free email credits for data searches. This means you can search for and add up to 200 contacts.

Jason AI

Use Reply's Jason AI features, which empower you with intelligent email automation by helping to create, personalize, and optimize the text of email campaigns for better engagement and response rates.

Advanced Reports

Utilize advanced reports by channels to gain valuable insights into your campaign's performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Hubspot Integrations

Use integrations with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Hubspot), APIs, and no-code integrations (Zapier) to create automation scenarios and streamline your workflows.

Roles & Permissions (for Team Edition)

Manage team roles and permissions, ensuring smooth collaboration and control over access to sensitive data.

What happens when the trial ends?

Once your trial ends, you will be transited to the free plan automatically.

If you decide to commit to a paid subscription and use the full potential of the platform, you can upgrade to one of the available plans (Starter, Professional, Custom, or Ultimate Bundle) using the Plans & Billing page. You can adapt any plan based on your requirements and increase the number of team members, seats, and add-ons.

You can also downgrade to any other plan or a free plan at any time.

Trial + Add-ons

During the trial period, you are able to buy any of the available add-ons in Reply.

Add-ons are paid subscriptions for specific features of Reply, such as the ability to add more team members, connect additional email accounts for outreach activities (seat for mailboxes), use a LinkedIn account to perform LinkedIn automation tasks (seat for LinkedIn automation), and make cloud calls.

Read this article to get a detailed overview of the system of seats.

When you choose to purchase add-ons during the trial period, you won't be billed the full price for those add-ons. Instead, the cost of the add-ons will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in your trial.

The trial period in Reply is limited to 14 days and does not offer multiple trials. Even if you purchase add-ons that unlock premium features during the trial, you will only be charged for the remaining days of their trial period. This ensures fairness and transparency in billing.

For example, suppose you decide to purchase add-ons on the 10th day of your trial. In such a scenario, you will only be charged for the remaining 4 days of the trial instead of the full price of the add-ons. This flexible approach enables you to explore the premium features without committing to a full purchase until the trial period concludes.

Please note that Reply also offers you the option to try a trial of Warm-Up in Mailtoaster. This valuable feature helps you establish a positive sender reputation, thereby improving email deliverability and ensuring that important messages reach their intended recipients.
