Jason AI SDR is an all-in-one tool for sales automation. It helps you define your ideal customer profile (ICP), create multichannel sequences, and handle responses with AI-driven precision. With features like real-time data search and advanced personalization, your sales team can focus more on closing deals and less on manual tasks.

Explore Jason AI SDR and its features in our video! 🎥

What does Jason AI SDR offer?

  • AI-created customer profile. Let Jason AI SDR build your ideal customer profile and suggest target audiences based on your needs and current market trends.

  • Real-time B2B data search. Utilize AI for real-time data searches of companies and contacts from social networks.

  • Automatically created multichannel sequences. Jason AI SDR generates multichannel sequences with automatic email and LinkedIn steps added by default. You can also include call steps with personalized AI-generated scripts, or manually add other channels like WhatsApp, SMS, manual emails, or LinkedIn steps.

  • Personalized emails. Every email is tailored to the prospect using scraped data, ensuring relevance, higher engagement, and better deliverability.

  • Autopilot Sequences. Maintain continuous outreach efforts with Autopilot Sequences: Jason AI SDR automatically searches and adds the number of contacts you choose per day based on your selected filters.

  • High-accuracy emails. Achieve a 98% accuracy rate for valid emails, ensuring reliable communication with your prospects.

  • Automated replies. We’ll generate an email reply in the Inbox and send it on your behalf or after your approval depending on Jason AI settings.

How does it work?

Step 1. Open the AI SDR page.

Navigate to the top panel and click on the AI SDR page.

Step 2. Enter your company URL and add more business context.

Provide your business URL and add important details to give the AI context about your business, including:

  • Pain points: Describe the challenges your business or customers face.

  • Value proposition: Highlight what sets your solution apart.

  • Proof points: Provide evidence of your product’s effectiveness.

  • Case studies: Share examples of successful outcomes.

  • CTAs (Calls-to-Action): Include actions you want prospects to take.

The AI will automatically generate your company name, description, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), as well as one example for each of the following: pain points, value propositions, proof points, case studies, and CTAs.

You can add more of each by clicking the + button, and you can edit any of the AI-suggested options if they don't fully work for you. There’s no limit to how many you can add, so feel free to expand as needed.

💡 Tip: If you're unsure what to input, use the Show Demo Data option for examples. Click it, and the fields will be replaced with Reply examples. When you're done, click Hide demo data. If you've already entered your details, only the demo data will be removed, and your data will stay.

Step 3. Configure the sequence channels.

You can choose to generate a sequence with email, LinkedIn, and call steps. By default, automatic email and LinkedIn steps are selected to be generated, but you have the flexibility to customize the sequence.

If you add a call step, the AI will generate a personalized script for that call task.

You can also manually add other channels, such as manual emails, LinkedIn steps, WhatsApp, SMS, conditions, and more, depending on your needs.

You can also configure the following for your sequence:

  • Number of steps: Decide how many steps your sequence should have.

  • Language: Choose the language for your sequence.

  • Tone of voice: Select the tone of voice to be used in the sequence.

Important: While sequence email and message templates are available as a backup, all contacts will receive personalized messages based on the data collected, not the templates. For more details, check out this article.

Step 4. AI-created ICP

Jason AI SDR filters the audience based on your inputs and sets up recommended filters. You’ll see a preview with some example contacts, but not the total count of all available contacts.

If you have a different audience in mind, you can customize the filters on the right, then hit the Save & Apply button.

We recommend narrowing down the search step-by-step:

  1. Start with a broader audience and filter by location (country) first.

  2. Next, filter by industry and company size.

  3. Review the companies we found and check the roles and titles they have.

If your audience is too specific, you might end up with less than 500-1000 companies, which is too narrow. For a better outreach, aim for a wider audience of 5000-10000 companies. This will provide enough leads to fuel your outreach.

For more specific needs, you can use the Accounts list feature if you have less than 1000 companies. With the Accounts list, you upload companies via a CSV file, select your list in the filters, and we'll specifically look for leads from those companies.

Please note that the industry and employee headcount fields will be locked because they’re determined by the companies.

To learn more about uploading accounts, check out our Help Center article.

When you move to the next step, AI SDR will generate a sequence for you. If you'd like to refresh your sequence, click Regenerate sequence to have Jason AI SDR create new content based on your original inputs. Keep in mind that once you click Regenerate Sequence, you won't be able to revert to the previous version.

Step 5. Experience AI responses handling

Enable the Handle replies toggle to let Jason AI SDR automatically generate responses to all incoming replies from your prospects.

You can choose to have Jason save responses as drafts for your review and editing, or have him send replies automatically on your behalf.

With this feature, Jason can:

  1. Book Meetings: Suggest a convenient time and date for a meeting and add it directly to the calendar if the prospect is ready.

  2. Manage 'Not Now' and 'Not Interested': Propose a follow-up time and ask for a more suitable time for future conversations.

  3. Address 'How Are You Different?': Provide a detailed explanation of how your offering stands out, based on the context you’ve provided.

You can learn more about how to set up reply handling with Jason AI in our Help Center article.

Step 6. Schedule meetings automatically

Pick how you’d like to schedule meetings: you can do it manually by choosing None, use Reply, or choose any other meeting service of your liking.

If you want to schedule meetings through Reply, just add your details in the Settings/Meetings section.

Here’s how Jason AI SDR makes scheduling easier:

  • Automatic meeting scheduling - Jason Al SDR can book meetings for you based on your availability and your contacts' preferences.

  • Calendar integration - Connect your Google Calendar to Jason Al, and it will automatically add all your meetings to your schedule.

  • Smart reply handling - Jason Al reads replies and knows if it's a meeting request, follow-up, or reschedule, and responds accordingly.

  • Real-time availability check - Jason Al checks your calendar in real time to suggest open slots, preventing conflicts and double bookings.

Step 7. Enable the Autopilot mode

The Autopilot mode in AI SDR will automatically search for a new batch of contacts based on your filters in real time and add a set number of new contacts daily.

💡Contacts will only be added if emails to the previously added contacts have been sent out. The default number is 100. For example, if 100 emails were sent out, 100 new contacts will be added. If only 50 emails were sent out, the next day, 50 more contacts will be added to reach a total of 100.

You can edit this limit in your settings—check out more details about the Autopilot mode in the following article.

AI personalization settings

Once you save your sequence, in the Jason AI tab, head to Settings to enable or disable AI personalization for your initial emails and follow-ups. By default, personalization is enabled, meaning personalized messages (both emails and LinkedIn steps) will be sent instead of templates. If you'd prefer to use your own templates, you can turn off personalization and re-enable it whenever you like.

You can also review and update the information you've entered in the Generation inputs tab, such as pain points, value propositions, and more. If needed, you can edit, delete, or add new details. Additionally, you can adjust the tone of voice (confident, persuasive, witty, straightforward, empathetic) and the language of your sequence. Any changes you make will apply to all contacts for the steps that haven't been sent yet.

If you'd like to review the number of steps in your sequence, you can view it in the Settings. Please note that while you can view the number of steps, you won’t be able to modify it once the sequence is created, as autoregeneration will no longer apply. However, you can always add new steps manually.

Personalization will be enabled by default for new sequences, but for existing sequences, it will be disabled. You can turn it back on at any time. For more details on how personalization works, click here.
