Realtime B2B Data provides live contact information from LinkedIn based on your chosen parameters and helps you efficiently build your outreach lists with relevant contacts. Here's how you can use and manage Realtime B2B Data:
Where can I find Realtime B2B data?
You can access Realtime B2B Data by navigating to the Data page → Realtime B2B Data.
After applying your filters, you’ll receive a preview of contacts that match your criteria. If the preview meets your needs, you can save the contacts to your account.
Once you apply your filters, click Launch Live Search to save the contacts.
When you click on Launch Live Search, you’ll have the following options:
Save the contacts to a specific list.
Add them to a sequence.
Save them to both a list and a sequence.
Leave both fields empty, and the contacts will be saved directly to your Reply account.
You will be then redirected to the Search History tab, where you can track the status of your search.
Live data credits
To save contacts, you'll need AI and Live Data credits (previously known as AI credits). The number of credits needed depends on the information available for each contact:
1 credit: For a contact with a LinkedIn profile link but no email address.
2 credits: For a contact with a LinkedIn profile link and an email address.
Once launched, premium charges may apply for intent filters with additional updates.
Every user is provided with 50 basic credits. If you need more credits, you can purchase them as an add-on. Learn more here.
Keywords filter
We’ve added a new Keywords filter to help you refine your search. You can use it to find specific technologies or job positions that may not be listed in job titles. You can also look for contacts related to the keywords you choose. This filter is available for both accounts (companies) and contacts.
Intent data
Intent data helps personalize your outreach further by pulling the following details:
Technologies Used
Hiring on Social media
Recent Posts (coming soon)
Job Changes (e.g., promotion or job change) (coming soon)
'Contacts only' search mode
This mode helps you find a wider range of prospects by focusing only on contacts, without linking them to a specific company. However, it means that some options, like filtering by industry, won't be available. When using other filters, the system first searches for companies based on account filters, then finds relevant contacts. With 'Contacts only' search mode, you'll see contacts even if their company isn't known, giving you access to more prospects. If you enable the 'Return contacts without emails' option, you can reach an even bigger pool of contacts.
Return contacts without emails
By default, Realtime B2B Data searches for contacts with email addresses. You can change this by selecting the 'Return contacts without emails' option. When enabled, the system will show both contacts with and without emails. Contacts without emails will cost 1 credit each.
Search history tab
The new Search History tab provides detailed insights into your previous searches. It includes the following columns:
Date: Shows when the search was launched, including the date and time (applies only to Realtime B2B Data searches).
Saved to: Displays whether the contacts were saved to a sequence or list.
Status: The current status of the search — Finished, Running, or Paused.
Used credits: The number of credits used for the search.
Contacts found: The number of contacts retrieved.
Owner: Shows who launched the search.
Next to each search, there are three dots that offer the following actions:
View contacts: See the contacts from this search.
Use this search again: Reapply the same parameters to find a new batch of contacts.
Pause or Resume: Pause the search if you need to adjust filters and save credits, or resume it to continue finding contacts.
Delete: Remove the search entry from the history.
By default, if a contact has already been saved to your account, it won’t be duplicated. If you pause a search, note that the system may still add the last batch of 10-20 contacts before stopping. You can later choose to unpause or delete the search.
