Preview serves as an essential tool to visualize how your step templates will appear when sent to each individual within your sequence. After configuring your sequence, you can review and adjust your templates accordingly by navigating to the Sequence -> Preview tab.
Within the Preview tab, you have the flexibility to customize emails for individual recipients by modifying text, adding links, uploading images, attaching files, and more. Importantly, any modifications made here will not impact the primary sequence template. This ensures that each email maintains its personalized touch while adhering to the overall sequence structure.
Please note:
Customized emails do not support CC functionality.
Variables cannot be modified on the Preview tab. The Reply feature automatically populates variables with information sourced directly from the contact, and any attempted alterations will be reverted.
When customizing A/B test emails, only one variation can be changed.
