Reply lets you generate tasks based on different workflows. This article will help you find this setting and pick the right options. Let's dive in!
Once you are ready to add some task steps to your sequence, you can customize the way they are handled. Here is how you can do it:
The first menu lets you pick whether you want your tasks to be completed manually or automatically:
Manually - the system will not finish the task or move contacts further unless you complete the task in the extension.
Automatically - contacts will automatically be moved to the next step once the delay between the current and the next step is over.
The next setting is all about ownership of the tasks. A Reply sequence can generate tasks in two ways:
A sequence owner - Tasks are assigned to a team member who owns a sequence, they are visible on the Tasks page and in Reply Chrome Extension;
A contact owner - Tasks for each contact are assigned to the correspondent contact owner, they are visible on the Tasks page and in Reply Chrome Extension.
