Cloud Calls allows you to make calls from Reply. Before you begin, make sure that:
Cloud Calls are available on your Reply plan.
Each member who uses Cloud Calls has access to an enabled Cloud Calls seat.
To place calls, a user needs the required phone setup, a rented Reply phone number where applicable, and sufficient wallet balance.
đĄCloud Calls access has two levels:
Workspace level: The Team Owner enables or disables Cloud Calls for the entire workspace with Enable team calls.
Member level: Each member must have Enable calls turned on before they can use Cloud Calls.
Enabling Enable team calls makes Cloud Calls available to the workspace but does not automatically enable access for every member.
Step 1: Enable Cloud Calls for the workspace
Only the Team Owner can enable Cloud Calls for the workspace.
Go to Settings â Calls.
Turn on Enable team calls.
Review the confirmation or billing dialog.
Complete any required payment or confirmation step.
Once enabled, Cloud Calls become available for the workspace. You can then manage access for individual team members.
Step 2: Enable Cloud Calls for individual members
After team calls are enabled, the Team Owner can manage Cloud Calls access for individual members.
Go to Settings â Calls.
Open Team settings.
Enable Cloud Calls for the required members.
Save your changes.
Each member can also enable or disable their own Cloud Calls access from Settings â Calls when team calls are available.
đĄEnabling Cloud Calls for the workspace does not automatically grant every member access.
Step 3: Configure Cloud Calls
After a member has Cloud Calls access, they can configure the available calling options, including:
Rented phone number â rent a Reply phone number for making and receiving calls where required.
Custom Caller ID â configure the caller ID displayed to recipients.
Inbound Call Transfer â configure how incoming calls can be transferred.
A rented phone number and sufficient wallet balance may be required before a user can place calls.
Call recording
Call recording is configured at the team level by the Team Owner only. The Team Owner controls whether recording is enabled, who can start recording, and who can listen to recordings. Team members cannot change these team-level recording rules. Learn more about call recording in this article.
Turn off Cloud Calls
You can disable Cloud Calls at either level:
For a member: Turning off Enable calls removes Cloud Calls access for that individual member.
For the workspace: Turning off Enable team calls makes Cloud Calls unavailable for the entire workspace, regardless of individual member settings.
Billing and pricing
Cloud Calls access may be billed per enabled member or seat. For current pricing and billing details, refer to the Cloud Calls pricing information.
