For now, Reply only lets you call the prospects using the rented phone number. However, we have the Custom Caller ID feature that can mask the rented number and show yours instead. This article will help you with the steps.
To enable the Custom Caller ID, you need to turn the Cloud Calls on first. Here's what you need to doπ
Go to the Calls tab of your Settings;
Request calls:
Enable Cloud Calls with our Support team at [email protected];
Go to the Account tab;
Enter your phone number:
Once you enable calls with our Support team, you can move to the Custom Caller ID. Here are the steps you need:
Return to the Settings;
Go to the Calls tab;
Enable Custom Caller ID toggle:
Fill in the number field and done!
This is it! Now the rented phone number will be masked with your real one.
