Find out how and where you can check the prospect's activity history

Once you add a contact to your Reply account, the system creates a multi-functional contact (profile) card. This article will help you check the history of interactions in a few minutes.

Action icons and statuses

Apart from checking the history and contact fields, you can see and use different action icons 👇

  • Make/log a call

  • Enrich

  • Move to sequence/list

  • Change status

  • Set stage

  • Log a meeting/call

  • Send personal email

  • Blacklist/Unblacklist

  • Delete

Right below the action icons, you'll find the prospect's status. Each contact can have up to 4 statuses.

If the contact participates in your teammate's campaign, you can hover over the statuses and see more (if anything).

Activity tab

This page helps you check the history of the activity starting with the person's creation. All the links in the Activity log are clickable, so you can move anywhere. To open the Activity tab follow these steps:

  1. Click on the contact in the list;

  2. Hover over their card;

  3. Click on the arrow:

If you hover over the date of the action, you will also see a detailed time:

Sequences tab

This page shows the sequences this contact is linked to now and in the past. It is possible to expand the History/Active sections by clicking the +- signs:

You can also move to any of these sequences by clicking on them (if they are not deleted).

Emails tab

On the Emails tab, you can check all sent emails to this prospect and when this happened.

You can open each thread and reply to the prospect’s emails directly from here.
