Plain Text Sending Mode (Text-Only) enhances your email deliverability by removing HTML code, link tracking, and pictures. This feature increases the chances of your emails reaching your recipients' inboxes.

What Plain Text Sending Mode does for you

  1. Improves deliverability: By removing HTML code, your emails become simpler and are more likely to land in the inbox, instead of being blocked by spam filters.

  2. Removes HTML code: Normally, even plain text emails are sent as HTML to support tracking. With this feature, all HTML code is removed, leaving only the text.

  3. Content modifications:
    - No Pictures: Any images in your email will be removed. Attachments will still be included and will not be affected by plain text mode.
    - No Formatting: Text formatting like bold or italics will be removed.
    - Unformatted Links: Links will appear as plain URLs without any custom names.

  4. No Tracking: This feature stops tracking, so we won’t track opens or clicks in your sequence.

If Plain Text Sending Mode is activated and you have an opt-out link in your email, the link will be replaced with the opt-out text added in the settings for this email account.

For more information on how to set up your opt-out text, please check our detailed Help Center article.
