A sending email is the mailbox you use to reach out to contacts. If you link multiple email accounts to a sequence, Reply will use round-robin logic to split people among these.
While we try to distribute contacts evenly, you may still need to change the sending email. This article will help you with the steps๐
Open the People tab of your sequence;
Select the contact(s);
Click the Change sending email icon:
Select the mailbox;
Click Apply and done:
The mailbox is changed momentarily and you can always check the Sending email column to confirm:
๐ก Important:
Only sequence owners can change the sending emails.
Contacts who have already received emails will get new emails from the new email account in the same thread.
The list of available email accounts is based on the Settings tab of your sequence. If the mailbox is not on the list, you need to add it to the sequence.
