Reply lets you filter prospects by different criteria, including the sending email. This is the mailbox the sequence sends emails from. Each contact has a sending email attached to them and this article will help you find it🧐
Here is how you can do it:
Go to the People tab of your sequence;
Click on the Create new filter button:
Choose the properties:
Pick the email account and Apply!
💡 Important: You will only see mailboxes linked with the sequence; if you do not see a needed email, add it to the sequence settings first.
There are a few conditions you can see in the filter. Here are some details about each of them:
Equals - shows a list of prospects with the same sending email address assigned to them (=).
Does not equal - shows a list of prospects with any other sending emails but the one you specify.
Is set - shows prospects with any sending email.
Is not set - shows people with no sending email assigned.
