You can use smart filters to sort contacts based on different criteria including their current step. This article will help you with the steps. Let's dive in!
Steps to follow
Once you have launched the sequence with some contacts in it, you can check their current step. Here is how you can do it:
Open the sequence;
Go to the People tab;
Click on the Filter icon:
Select the Condition + Value:
Apply or Save the filter and it is done!
💡 Important: There are multiple options for this filter. Based on the variant you choose, you will see different steps: Finished/Throttled or Step 1,2,3 and further.
