Reply lets you check contacts' progress anytime you need it. You can view what sequence step the prospect is waiting to get and whether there is a delay (if any). This article will help you understand the People tab better.

💡 Important: the column shows the step the contact is expecting. If you want to check whether they have some steps, use the steps list on the left:

Once you click on the step in the list, you will see contacts who have gone through it already.

If you need to check the details about the step people are waiting for, hover over the step number:

This is it! Now you can check your contacts progress wherever you need it.
