Learn how to analyze and check your team's tasks in Reply

In Reply, you can check the way your team performs and see its effectiveness. It is possible to drill down on any metrics on the page, usernames, or any part of the chart. Let's dive in!

Steps to access the tab

  1. Hover over the Reports;

  2. Click Tasks:

  3. Set up filters and it is done!

Now let's cover each section on the page.

Overview

Here, you can find the total number of tasks divided into groups: Calls, Emails, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp, and To-do's. You may sort tasks by type (created and completed) and by different time frames. Here are the steps you need:

  1. Click All statuses:

  2. Choose either Completed or Created:

  3. Apply the changes and done!

You can also export the stats if needed, it is up to you!

Tasks per team member

Here, you will see a list of your team members sorted by the number of tasks (created or completed). This section lets you compare the activity and check the types of tasks in progress.

Tasks by type chart

The chart lets you analyze created or completed tasks. You can also use time filters or check the months below the chart.

To hide some tasks from the view, unclick them or click them to return them to the view.

Created and completed tasks

This part lets you compare how many tasks were created/completed by their type. You can also unclick the boxes if needed.

SMS stats

This section helps you analyze the SMS activity of your team: sent messages, replies, created and completed SMS tasks, and their ratio.

Here, the data is shown based on the time filter, but the created/completed filter is not considered.

πŸ’‘ Important: If you have Team Edition enabled, you can see all the task metrics of your team members. Without Team Edition, you can only check your tasks.
