In Reply, you can activate, pause, move to a specific folder, remove, or archive several sequences at the same time. To do this, simply open the Sequences page → tick the necessary sequences → select one of the action icons at the top of the page.

Below, we will take a closer look at each of the bulk actions:

  • Activation

Select paused or new sequences with a grey toggle → click the Activate icon.

Note: You cannot activate sequences with errors as they are considered to be already active - fix the issues first to start sending the sequence. It is also not possible to activate archived sequences (you can only delete such sequences).

  • Pausing

Select active sequences → click the Pause icon.

Note: You cannot pause archived, new, or already paused sequences.

  • Moving sequences to a folder

Select any sequence → click the Folder button → select a folder from the drop-down menu.

Note: You cannot move archived sequences to any folder.

  • Removing sequences

Select any sequence with ANY status → click the Trash icon.

  • Archiving sequences

Select new or paused sequences with a grey toggle → click the Archive icon.

Note: Active sequences or those with errors (yellow and/or red toggles) cannot be archived. You must first move such sequences to the Paused status.
