When you have many sequences, some actions need to be performed in bulk. This article will help you with the options and steps.

The first bulk variant is activation. Once you have selected the campaigns you need, click on this icon and done:

💡 Important: You cannot activate sequences with errors; those need to be fixed first. You can hover over the toggle to understand what seems to be an issue.

The next action you will see is pausing. Here is the icon you need:

💡 Important: You cannot pause archived, new sequences.

As we move further, the next icon you see is for arching your campaigns. Here is what it looks like:

💡 Important: Active sequences or those with errors cannot be archived. You need to pause them first.

If you have some folders for better management, this icon will help you move the sequences to the right place:

💡 Important: You cannot move archived sequences to any folder.

The last icon we will cover is needed to delete sequences. Once you click on it, you can remove your campaigns from Reply in bulk:
