To enable the Cloud Calls feature:
- Log into your Reply account.
- On the Settings page, click Plans & Billing and expand the Subscription section.
- In the Subscription section, click Calls - Request. This opens the support chat window with the 'I want to enable Cloud calls' request.
- After the Support team enables Cloud Calls, you must rent a phone number to begin using the feature. You can also make calls using Local Dial or Custom Caller ID.
