To enable the Cloud Calls feature:

  • Log into your Reply account.
  • On the Settings page, open the Calls tab.
  • Click Request. This opens the support chat window with the 'I want to enable Cloud calls' request.

Please note, that ID verification is required to prevent fraud.
We might ask for a photo of you holding your ID.

Reply accounts identified as fraudulent will be immediately closed.
