To enable the Cloud Calls feature:
Log into your Reply account.
On the Settings page, open the Calls tab.
Click Request. This opens the support chat window with the 'I want to enable Cloud calls' request.

Support team will enable Cloud Calls for your account and help you to rent a phone number in order to begin using the feature. You can also make calls using Local Dial or Custom Caller ID.

Please note, that ID verification is required to prevent fraud.
We might ask for a photo of you holding your ID.
Reply accounts identified as fraudulent will be immediately closed.
