To activate the Cloud Calls feature in your account, follow these steps:
Open the Settings menu and navigate to the 'Calls' section.
Click Request calls and click Proceed in a pop-up.
Or, if you are using Reply for teams:
Locate the 'Enable team calls' option and toggle it on.
A pop-up will appear, providing details about the integration of SMS with Reply. Take a moment to read through this information to understand how it works.
Click 'Confirm' to finalize your choice to activate cloud calls.
