The article describes the functionality of the Outbox page (for more information on how to use Outbox, see the following article). Outbox helps optimizing email sequences in terms of load distribution between sequences.

You can see the statistics by all email accounts, by a separate account connected to your Reply account, by a sequence in an email account. To recalculate the Outbox statistics, click the Generate new button at the top right corner of the screen.

All email accounts

This page represents the statistics across all email accounts connected to your Reply account. See the explanation of the metrics below:

  • EMAIL ACCOUNT - the list of email accounts connected to your Reply account.

  • All days (PLANNED) - the total number of emails planned to be sent in all sequences from all email accounts.

  • Today (LIMIT) - your limit for sending emails per day for all connected email accounts. The green progress bar shows usage of the daily limit for each connected email account.

  • Today (SENT/PLANNED) - the number of sent emails and planned for sending for today from each email account.

  • Tomorrow (PLANNED) - the number of emails planned for sending for tomorrow from each email account.

  • Unique contacts per month - the number of unique contacts you can send one first-step email and an unlimited number of follow-ups per month.

Single email account

When you click on any email account, you see the Outbox statistics by sequences within a particular email account.  See the explanation of the metrics below:

  • SEQUENCES - list of your active sequences under the selected email account.

  • All days (PLANNED) - the total number of emails planned to be sent in all sequences from this email account.

  • Today (LIMIT) - your limit for sending emails per day for this particular email account. The green progress bar shows your daily usage of your daily limit.

  • Today (SENT/PLANNED) - the number of sent emails and planned for sending for today the selected email account.

Single sequence

When you click on a sequence within an email account, you see the breakdown by steps in this sequence. See the explanation of the metrics below:

  • STEP - list of planned steps in the sequence.

  • All days (PLANNED) - the total number of emails planned to be sent in this particular sequence.

Single step

When you click on a step in a sequence, you can see the breakdown by prospects that will receive emails from this particular step. The breakdown shows the exact sequence of prospects in the sending queue. For example, FISHER BRADLEY will be the first to receive the email from this step, HERNANDEZ WEST will be the second one, etc. See the explanation of the metrics below:

  • NAME - the name of the contact that participates in this step.

  • EMAIL - email of the contact that participates in this step.

  • MESSAGE - text of the email template used in this step.

  • DATE - the date when the system sends the email to the prospect.

On this level, you can switch between planned and sent emails.
