The 'Disable Open Tracking in Bulk' feature lets you turn off or on open tracking across all sequences in your account with just one switch. Here’s how it works and how you can use it.
To disable open tracking globally in your account:
Go to your account settings;
Navigate to the Emails tab;
Click on the Open Tracking section;
Switch on the Disable open tracking in bulk toggle.
When you enable this option, open tracking will be turned off for all your sequences. Any new sequences you create will also have open tracking disabled by default.
If you want to re-enable open tracking across all sequences, simply disable the toggle. This will activate open tracking for all future and existing sequences.
Manage individual sequences
If you want to enable open tracking for specific sequences, you can do that in the sequence settings. Just edit each individual sequence as needed; the global toggle won't change those settings. For more details on how to do this, check out this article.
How to check the open tracking status for your sequences
You can easily see if open tracking is enabled or disabled for each sequence:
Go to the Sequences page.
Check the Open Rate column.
If open tracking is off for a sequence, there will be an indicator showing that it’s disabled.
