Bulk actions for sequences

Learn how to manage multiple sequences at once with bulk actions

You can use bulk actions to manage multiple sequences at once.

To update sequences in bulk, open the Sequences page, select the sequences you want to update, and choose a bulk action from the toolbar.

Activate sequences

Click Activate to start multiple sequences at once.

šŸ’” Sequences with errors can't be activated. Hover over the activation toggle to see what needs to be fixed before you try again.

Pause sequences

Click Pause to stop multiple active sequences.

šŸ’” New and archived sequences can't be paused.

Archive sequences

Select Archive to archive multiple sequences at once.

šŸ’”Active sequences and sequences with errors can't be archived. Pause the sequences and fix any errors first.

Unarchive sequences

Select Unarchive to restore archived sequences.

Once unarchived, you can edit or activate the sequences again.

Move sequences to a folder

Choose Move to folder to organize multiple sequences at once.

Update tracking settings

You can also update the following tracking settings for multiple sequences at once:

  • Plain text mode

  • Open tracking

  • Click tracking

Click the + button to enable a setting or the āˆ’ button to disable it for all selected sequences.

Delete sequences

Click Delete to permanently remove multiple sequences from your workspace.
