When you decide to upgrade, please log in to your account and go to Settings → Plans & Billing tab, where you'll find a Change plan button.
You'll be navigated to the pricing options. Select your plan and click Upgrade.
You'll be redirected to the page for entering and adding all the add-ons:
After that, you will be transferred to the page to enter all your payment details. Then, click Pay.
Please note that you'll be automatically charged according to your plan.
