Getting started with MailToaster

Learn how to link your Reply subscription to MailToaster to start warming up your email accounts

Written by Tania

If you're a Reply user with a paid subscription, you can use MailToaster to warm up your email accounts. Before you start, you'll need to link your Reply and MailToaster accounts.

  1. Go to Email WarmUp under the Sequences page in Reply.

  2. Click Link existing user if you already have a MailToaster account, or Register new user to create one.

  3. Log in with your MailToaster credentials or sign up for a new account.

Once your subscription is linked, MailToaster will automatically give one warm-up seat for each mailbox connected in Reply.

Single login for Reply and MailToaster

Reply and MailToaster support single login, so you can access MailToaster directly through your Reply account. Once your accounts are linked, you can open MailToaster from the Email Warmup page in Reply.

šŸ’” Important: You need a Reply account to access MailToaster. Logging in to MailToaster without a Reply account is not possible.

Your MailToaster account will be tied to your Reply.io login. For example, if your MailToaster login is [email protected] but your Reply login is [email protected], after linking, you'll only be able to access MailToaster with [email protected].

If you want to keep your Reply and MailToaster accounts separate, you'll need to create a new Reply account that matches your MailToaster login. For example, if your MailToaster login is [email protected], create a trial Reply account under [email protected] and link it to MailToaster.

Mailtoaster for teams

If you're managing a team, here's how linking a MailToaster subscription works:

  • MailToaster doesn't support multiple users or teams. Only one teammate can link their Reply account to a MailToaster subscription.

  • We recommend using the team owner's Reply account to link MailToaster. This allows the owner to manage all team mailboxes directly in MailToaster.

  • Only the teammate who linked the subscription can access MailToaster directly. Other teammates cannot link their accounts to the same MailToaster subscription and will no longer see the Email WarmUp page.

  • However, all teammates can still:

    1. Add their existing email accounts to warm up via the Warm-Up settings in their Reply email account.

    2. Add new email accounts to both Reply and MailToaster at the same time by enabling the Import to MailToaster checkbox.

They just won't be able to access MailToaster directly.

šŸ’”Note: If you need to relink your MailToaster subscription to a different Reply member, please contact our support team in chat or at [email protected].
