Currently, you can cancel your subscription through our Support team. All you need to do is to message or email us at [email protected] anytime you need and we will do the rest for you.
You can also request cancellation within your account. Here is how you may do it π
Go to the Settings;
Move to the Plans & Billing tab;
Click Change Plan:
Click Choose Plan on the Free option:
Check the pre-filled message in the chat and send it:
If you plan to use your account later or would like to store data for Free, you may ask for the Freemium plan right away. This option keeps your account active, and lets you work with basic features without charge or fees.
