Once you have connected a CRM using the integration, you can choose how the data is synced:
Automatic synchronization (happens every 2-3 hours)
Manual synchronization (the data is synced once you click the Sync Now button)
If you want to pause the synchronization, turn the Enabled toggle off. This stops the whole integration until you enable it back.
Sometimes you can see the yellow dot next to the CRM. It means Reply is currently synchronizing the data between the platforms. Once it is over, the dot color will change back to green.
