Fileds mappings in Integrations allow you to set up automatic distribution of contacts by accounts (companies on which contacts are working) in Reply during integrations with CRMs (all CRMs presented in Integrations).

When including information about contacts companies that is accounts, you can track the progress of your outreach strategy more easily in a particular company and take bulk actions on the contacts who belong to it.

To set up automatic distribution of contacts by accounts in Reply, map the corresponding fields during integration with CRMs as shown in the video below:

Here's a detailed instruction on the steps:

  1. Open the Integration page by clicking on it in the upper menu. Choose one of the CRMs you would like to integrate with (for example, Hubspot as shown in the video below). Click Connect, then Configure.

  2. Select the appropriate type of synchronization, such as contacts in Hubspot to people in Replay.

  3. Click on the Fileds mapping section and map the fields. As a rule, most CRMs have data about contact companies in the field - Company name. Select it from the drop-down list with the names of all fields and match it with the corresponding field in Reply - Account.

  4. Click Save, and then click Sync now.

That's it. Accounts will be created and that contacts will be assigned to the accounts based on the field mappings. If it is a new account, this account will be created and contacts will be assigned to it. If this is an existing account, contacts will be assigned to the existing account. Then you can perform further actions with the accounts.
