Help Jason AI SDR create accurate replies by adding product guides and FAQs

The AI SDR Knowledge base lets you provide Jason with key information about your product so he can respond to prospects accurately and handle different types of questions. You can upload important details like product features, guides, FAQs, benefits, pricing, and more, which Jason will use when handling replies.

Within your Knowledge base, you can also set up Reply handling to create custom responses for common questions, as well as Re-engagement to send follow-up messages to leads who stop responding.

Create a Knowledge base

To create a Knowledge base:

  1. Go to AI SDRKnowledge Bases.

  2. Click on New Knowledge Base and name it.

  3. Upload your product guides, FAQs, PDFs, or links with key details.

    You can add this information in three ways:

    • Text – Enter details directly, like product descriptions, FAQs, or instructions.

    • Documents – Upload PDF, DOC, or DOCX files with guides or other important resources.

    • Links – Add direct links to helpful resources. Just keep in mind, each link needs to be added individually.

  4. Add commonly asked questions to the Reply handling tab.

  5. Set up Re-engagement to send follow-up messages to leads who stop responding.

  6. Link your knowledge base to your outreach sequence. To do this, click on New AI SDR Sequence after creating a knowledge base.

    Alternatively, you can select your knowledge base from the library when setting up a new AI SDR sequence.


Manage Knowledge bases

Hover over a Knowledge base to:

  • Duplicate a Knowledge base to quickly create a copy.

  • Delete a Knowledge base you no longer need.

That's it! Once your Knowledge base is ready and linked to a sequence, Jason AI can use it to handle replies.
