Help Jason AI SDR create accurate replies by adding product guides and FAQs

The AI SDR Knowledge Base lets you provide Jason with key information about your product so he can respond to prospects accurately and handle different types of questions. You can upload important details like product features, guides, FAQs, benefits, pricing, and more, which Jason will use when handling replies.

Here’s how to create a knowledge base for AI SDR:

  1. Open the Knowledge Bases tab in the drop-down menu under AI SDR.


  2. Click on New Knowledge Base and create a name for it.

  3. Upload your product guides, FAQs, PDFs, or links with key details.

    You can add this information in three ways:

    • Text – Enter details directly, like product descriptions, FAQs, or instructions.

    • Documents – Upload PDFs or DOC files with guides or other important resources.

    • Links – Add direct links to helpful resources. Just keep in mind, each link needs to be added individually.

  4. Link your knowledge base to your outreach sequence. To do this, click on New AI SDR Sequence after creating a knowledge base.

    Alternatively, you can select your knowledge base from the library when setting up a new AI SDR sequence.

That’s it! Now, you can let Jason AI handle replies for you. Remember, you can set up Copilot Mode, where Jason drafts responses for your review, or Autopilot Mode, where he autonomously sends responses.
