Reply lets you limit the sending to contacts from the same domain each day. This way you avoid aggressive outreach and only message the right number of people.
Reasons why
It's a great practice to avoid sending many emails to accounts within the same domain. Otherwise, you can trigger internal email server filters to ban emails or flag your IP address as spam.
Limiting emails to the same domain can also help focus your outreach. For example, when working with larger companies, you can contact each decision-maker individually rather than in bulk.
Steps to follow
Once you are ready to try this feature, follow these steps๐
Open any sequence you need;
Go to the Settings tab;
Expand the General Settings section:
Scroll down to the Max same-domain contacts per day:
Turn the toggle on and set the number of contacts.
Click Save settings to apply the changes.
That's it! Now, if you upload many contacts with the same domains, Reply will send only a set number of emails.
๐ก Important: Limit does not work with the free domains (gmail.com, outlook.com, yahoo.com, etc). You can check the full list of free domains for more details.
