Learn what the numbers that show up in Email reports mean and how they are calculated

This article explains what the numbers that show up in Email reports mean and how they are calculated.

All the numbers are identical in all the reports:

Important: Prospects deleted from sequences are counted in all the numbers.

Please see below what the numbers mean and / or how they are calculated:

Sequence name - the name of the sequence

Owner email - if a sequence had more than one owner, the report has a separate row for each owner

Email account - if a sequence has more than one email accounts, the report has a separate row for each account. Deleted email accounts are also part of the stats.

Sequence status - New, Active, Paused

Prospects count - number of prospects to whom emails have been sent

Active count - number of prospects that are currently in sequence AND have received emails AND have status 'Active'

Bounced count - number of prospects emails sent to whom have been rejected (most probably prospect's email address is not valid)

Bounce rate % - Bounced count / Prospects count * 100

Clicked count - number of prospects that clicked at least one link in at least one email

Contacted count - number of prospects emails sent to whom have not bounced AND prospects are neither in status 'Out of Office' nor 'Auto replied'

Delivered count - number of prospects emails sent to whom have not bounced

Interested count - number of prospects that were categorized or marked as 'Interested' after emails were sent to them

Opened count - number of prospects who opened email(s) at least once

Open rate % - Opened count / Contacted count * 100

Paused count - number of prospects that are currently in sequence AND have received emails AND have status 'Paused'

Replied count - number of prospects emails sent to whom have not been bounced and prospects are neither in status 'Out of Office' nor 'Auto replied' AND we received an email reply from them

Reply rate % - Replied count / Contacted count * 100

AutoReplied count - number of prospects to whom emails have been sent AND they currently have 'Auto replied' status

OutOfOffice count - number of prospects to whom emails have been sent AND they currently have 'Out of office' status

OptedOut count - number of prospects to whom emails have been sent AND they have opted out from receiving emails (expressed desire to stop receiving such emails)

Start date - sequence creation date
