We understand the importance of keeping the sequences active, so we offer automatic reports on errors. The report includes recommendations on how to fix the problem and some details about it.

Here is how you can enable this:

  1. Go to the Emails page of the Settings;

  2. Expand the Email notifications section;

  3. Turn the Send reports on sequence errors toggle on:

  4. Add email address to send reports to;

  5. Save Settings and it's done!

In case you need a list of errors we notify you about, here it is πŸ‘‡

  • Sequence is under review;

  • Daily limit per sequence reached;

  • Daily limit per email account reached;

  • Monthly limit for unique contacts reached;

  • No contacts in active sequence (different reasons);

  • No email account connected to an active sequence;

  • Invalid email account credentials;

  • SMTP/IMAP errors;

  • Some contacts in sequence have reached the daily sending limit per prospect;

  • Contact fields used as variables in a sequence template are empty.

This is it! If you have any questions left feel free to message our Support team in chats or email them at [email protected].
