The Reports tab lets you export metrics based on the chosen filters. This article will help you with the steps and will explain the difference between two email reports:
Contact-based CSV - shows data on each contact along with the metrics;
Sequence-based CSV - shows general stats for each sequence;
Steps to follow
Once you are ready to check the reports, follow these steps to get your metrics in the CSV file👇
Hover over the Reports section;
Click on the Emails variant:
Choose either a contact-based or sequence-based report:
Click Export and it is done!
You can see all the generated reports in the notification bar. To upload the file to your computer, click on the Here button:
