Reply lets you export contacts into a .csv file. To do this:

  1.  Open the People page of the Reply interface.
  2.  Select the contacts you want to export.
  3. Expand the More drop down menu.
  4. Click Export to CSV.

You can choose between exporting Basic Fields and All Fields:

  • Basic Fields: Email, FirstName, LastName, Title, Company, City, State, Country, TimeZoneId, AddingDate, Phone, LastTouch, ActiveSequence, Status, OptedOut, InboxCategory, LinkedIn
  • All Fields: Email, FirstName, LastName, Title, Company, City, State, Country, TimeZoneId, AddingDate, Phone, LastTouch, ActiveSequence, Status, OptedOut, InboxCategory, LinkedIn + Opens, Views, Sent, Replies, Bounces + CustomFields

Note
When you export contacts from a specific sequence, the system creates a .csv  file named after your sequence.  In this case statistics counts only metrics from this specific sequence and does not count metrics from all sequences the given contact participated.
