In this article, we'll show you how to export replies from your Inbox to a CSV file, making it easy to keep track of your communications.

Follow these steps to export your replies:
Go to the Inbox Page.
Select replies.
Click on Export contacts to CSV with replies and download the file.
You can export both LinkedIn and email replies. If there are multiple replies from one contact, only the latest reply will be included.

The replies will be exported via a CSV file that will include the following fields:
Contact Information: First Name, Last Name, Email, Title, Phone, City, State, Country, Account Name, TimeZone, Added On, LinkedIn, Company Size, Industry, Sales Navigator, Owner, Provider, Domain, Validation Status, and Custom Fields.
Engagement Details: Persona-Based Opener, Last Touch, Sequence, Status, Opted Out, Inbox Category, Opens, Views, Deliveries, Replies, Bounces, Current Step Status, Meeting Booked, Current Step, Call Resolution, Meeting Intent, Will Start At.
Reply Details:
Replies by SMS - the number of replies received via SMS;
Replies by LinkedIn - the number of replies received through LinkedIn;
Reply Subject - the subject line of the last email in the sequence;
Reply Body - the full text of the last reply received;
Reply Text Body - the plain text version of the last reply without any HTML formatting;
Reply Date - the date when the most recent reply was received.
