An Offer in AI SDR is a way to present your product (or part of it) to a specific audience, based on what matters most to them. Each Offer helps you speak directly to a segment of your audience by focusing on their unique pain points, needs, and priorities. Offers are about who you're reaching out to, and what you're offering them.
They help you segment your audience and create more targeted, relevant messaging, so your outreach resonates better and gets more replies.
Offers can help you:
Tailor your messaging to match different groups' pain points
Test how different audience segments respond to your Offer
Learn which segment is most engaged, so you can focus on what works
By using Offers, you can build personalized sequences for each group and even A/B test them to improve performance over time.
Create an Offer
Go to AI SDR → Offers.
Create an Offer.
Add the Offer to a sequence.
When you create a sequence, Jason AI will automatically generate Offers for you. Based on your website and business inputs, we'll suggest ways to sell your product to different audience segments, often grouped by department or job title.
For example:
A marketing team might care about automation and campaign performance.
A sales team might be more focused on lead quality and time-saving.
Jason creates unique messaging for each group based on their specific pain points, so your outreach feels more relevant and personal.
Manage Offers
When you hover over an Offer, you can:
Edit the Offer.
Duplicate the Offer to quickly create a copy.
Delete the Offer if you no longer need it.
Update Offers
When creating an AI SDR sequence, if you select an Offer and modify the sequence generation inputs – for example:
Add, remove, or adjust pain points
Update value propositions
Include or remove case studies, or make other changes
After making changes and clicking Next, you'll be prompted to choose one of the following options:
Update original – Updates the existing Offer. If selected, the changes will apply to all sequences where this Offer is currently used.
Keep separate – Keeps the original Offer unchanged and applies your modified version only to the current sequence. Use this option if you want to test variations without affecting other active sequences.
