Overview of the Team Edition

Learn how the Team Edition helps your team access, share, and manage data across Reply

Written by Dasha Leshchenko

Team Edition is Reply’s built-in feature that lets you create a team and collaborate on prospects, sequences, schedules, and templates. You can also view detailed statistics for each team member. For more information, check the article on how to enable Team Edition.

Benefits for new customers and for existing teams switching to Team Edition:

  • Unified list of prospects for all team members

  • Unified list of sequences

  • Public and Private modes, depending on your needs and team structure

  • Possibility to collaborate on the prospect level. You can see prospect flow, communication, and any activity related to the prospect.

  • Possibility to manage schedules on a team level

  • Account-based sales. Team Edition lets you and your team work with the entire organization instead of individual prospects. If any contact from that organization replies, all other contacts from the same organization (using the same business domain) are automatically paused. To enable the Account-based sales approach, go to Settings → Contacts → Contact handling and turn on the Pause all contacts from the same organization on reply toggle.

Additional benefits for existing teams:

  • Merge of duplicate prospects.

  • Merge of duplicate blacklists - in Team Edition, the blacklist works across the team.

💡Note: once Team Edition is enabled, it cannot be reverted.

If you manage outreach for multiple clients, consider using the Organization setup. You can create separate workspaces for each team, keeping their prospects, sequences, and templates organized and independent.
