Why do I need Public mode?

Learn how Public mode works in Reply

This article explains how Public Team Edition mode works in Reply. You’ll learn what Public mode is, how your team collaborates on prospects and sequences, and what you can do with it in your account.

The Public mode is a great option if you are all about collaborating and less private work. It offers the team maximum freedom and lets them share prospects and sequences with schedules, templates, and reports.

In Public mode, the team members can:

  • Create, update, and delete prospects.

  • Add and remove prospects from sequences.

  • Change sequence settings and remove sequences.

  • Check the communication and history of each prospect.

💡 Important: Only the team owner or a member who owns the prospect/sequence can change its ownership.

Any team member can change the status of prospects in sequences created by other owners.

💡Note: Only the sequence owner can add and remove the mailboxes in the sequence. As a team owner, you can log in as a team member who owns the sequence and delete email accounts from their sequences. Click your profile photo in the bottom-left corner and select the member who owns the sequence.

These are the basics about the Public mode in Reply. If you have any questions or need help with your team, feel free to message our Support team or email them at [email protected].
