How to enable automatic email validation?

Steps to enable automatic email validation

To make sure your emails are sent only to valid contacts, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your account settings.

  2. Click on the Emails tab.

  3. Select the Automatic email validation section.

  4. Turn on the Automatic email validation toggle.

Once enabled, any time you add contacts to a sequence, their emails will be validated first, using your email validation credits as needed. If you’re using conditional sequences to check email validation status, be sure to add enough step delay before the sequence checks this condition to allow time for the validation process to finish. As a guideline, wait at least 10 minutes for every 1,000 contacts.

Note: Only the team owner can change this setting.


💡 Tip for full automation: You can set a condition in your sequence to send emails only to valid contacts by selecting "Email Validation is set to Valid." Leave the No branch empty, and any contacts marked as invalid or risky will be automatically finished once their validation status is checked.
