Once you've linked the subscription with MailToaster, you can sync mailboxes from Reply to MailToaster with one click and start warming them up right away. This article will walk you through how to enable and use this feature, whether you're adding accounts manually or via CSV.
Connecting existing mailboxes
To connect an existing mailbox to MailToaster:
Go to the Email Accounts page in Reply.
Open the mailbox you want to connect.
Click Connect to Warm-Up.
Fill in any missing details (e.g., for Gmail, you’ll need an app-specific password).
Click Save.
The mailbox will then be automatically added and activated in MailToaster.
Connecting new mailboxes
When you add a mailbox in Reply, the Import to MailToaster checkmark is enabled by default. This means your new mailbox will be automatically added and activated in MailToaster.
💡 The Import to Mailtoaster feature only works for mailboxes added to Reply after you’ve linked your subscription.
If you added mailboxes before linking, they won’t sync automatically. You’ll need to connect them manually using the Connect to Warm-Up button or upload them via CSV in MailToaster.
Here’s a breakdown of how it works for different mailbox types:
Gmail
When you add a Gmail mailbox in Reply, Google will prompt you to authorize the connection.
After granting permission, you'll see a pop-up message saying 'Connect to MailToaster' All host and port details will be automatically filled in, but you’ll need to enter your app-generated password and click 'Save'.
Outlook
Add your Outlook mailbox in Reply, and it will be automatically synced to MailToaster without requiring any additional details.
Other Provider
If you select Other provider and fill out all required fields in Reply, these fields will be automatically populated in MailToaster.
Exchange Single Click and On-Premises Mailboxes
Currently, these mailbox types cannot be imported to MailToaster.
Import from CSV
When you add mailboxes from a CSV file in Reply, parameters such as warm-up daily goals and starting amounts are pre-configured. These mailboxes will be automatically added to MailToaster with the same settings.
Once you add the mailboxes, they are activated immediately in MailToaster.
If you prefer not to activate the mailboxes immediately in MailToaster, you can uncheck the Import to MailToaster box when adding your email accounts in Reply. After adding them in Reply, you can manually add each mailbox to MailToaster individually or import them using a CSV file.
If you sign up for Reply and use MailToaster, your MailToaster subscription will be automatically created when you create a new MailToaster user from within Reply. If you already have a paid Reply subscription that includes mailboxes, you won’t need to pay anything extra for MailToaster.
