Syncing email accounts to Mailtoaster

Learn how you can add mailboxes from Reply to MailToaster

Written by Tania

Once you've linked the subscription with MailToaster, you can sync mailboxes from Reply to MailToaster and start warming them up right away. In this article, we'll show you how to add both existing and new mailboxes to MailToaster, whether manually or via CSV.

Connecting existing mailboxes

To connect an existing mailbox to MailToaster:

  1. Go to Settings → Email Accounts in Reply.

  2. Open the mailbox you want to connect.

  3. Switch to the WarmUp tab.

  4. Click Connect.

  5. Fill in any missing details (e.g., for Gmail, you'll need an app-specific password).

  6. Click Save.

The mailbox will then be automatically added and activated in MailToaster.

Connecting new mailboxes

When you add a new mailbox in Reply, you can enable the Import to MailToaster checkbox to automatically add and activate the mailbox in MailToaster.

💡 The Import to Mailtoaster option only works for mailboxes added to Reply after you've linked your subscription.

If you added mailboxes before linking, they won't sync automatically. You'll need to connect them manually using the Connect button in Warm-up settings or upload them via CSV in MailToaster.

Here's a breakdown of how it works for different mailbox types:

Gmail

When you add a Gmail mailbox in Reply, Google will prompt you to authorize the connection.

After granting permission, you'll see a 'Connect to MailToaster' pop-up. The host and port fields will be filled in automatically, but you'll need to enable 2-factor authentication, enter your app-generated password, and click 'Save'.

Outlook

When you add an Outlook mailbox in Reply, it's automatically synced to MailToaster. No extra setup is needed.

Other Provider

If you choose Other provider and fill in all required fields in Reply, the same information will be automatically sent to MailToaster.

Exchange Single Click and On-Premises

These mailbox types are not supported for MailToaster warm-up at the moment.

Import from CSV

When you add mailboxes using a CSV file in Reply, warm-up settings like daily limits and starting amounts are already preconfigured. These mailboxes are automatically added to MailToaster with the same settings and activated right away.

If you don't want mailboxes to be activated in MailToaster immediately, simply uncheck the Import to MailToaster option when adding them in Reply. You can then add the mailboxes to MailToaster later, either one by one or by uploading a CSV file.

If you sign up for Reply and use MailToaster, your MailToaster subscription will be automatically created when you create a new MailToaster account from within Reply. If you already have a paid Reply subscription with connected mailboxes, you don't need to pay anything extra to use MailToaster.
