If you’re a Reply user with a paid subscription and want to start using warm-up in MailToaster, you’ll need to link your accounts first.
Go to Email Warm-Up under the Sequences tab in Reply.
Click Link User if you already have a MailToaster account, or Register New User to create one.
You’ll be redirected to the MailToaster login page — enter your MailToaster credentials there to log in or sign up.
Once your account is linked, you’ll be able to access MailToaster directly through your Reply login.
Once your subscription is linked, MailToaster will automatically match the number of available seats to the number of mailboxes connected in Reply. On paid plans, you get one free seat for each connected mailbox. Next, add your email accounts to MailToaster to start the warm-up process.
We support single login for Reply and MailToaster, so you can access MailToaster directly through your Reply account.
💡 Important: To access MailToaster, you must have a Reply.io account. Login to MailToaster without a Reply.io account is no longer available.
The accounts will be available under your Reply.io login. If you use different logins — for example, your login in MailToaster is [email protected]
and in Reply.io it's [email protected]
, after linking, you will only be able to log into MailToaster using [email protected]
.
What if I want to keep my Reply.io and MailToaster logins separate?
You can continue using different accounts for both platforms.
However, you'll need to create a new Reply.io account to access MailToaster. For instance, if your MailToaster login is
[email protected]
, you will need to create a trial account in Reply.io under[email protected]
and link it to MailToaster.
Single Login for Teams
If you're managing a team, here's how the single login feature works:
We recommend linking the team owner's Reply.io account to the MailToaster account. This will allow the owner to manage the mailboxes in MailToaster.
MailToaster doesn’t support multiple users or teams. If you have a team in Reply.io, only one teammate can link their Reply account to MailToaster.
Other teammates cannot link their Reply accounts to the same MailToaster account if it's already linked to another teammate's account.
All mailboxes added to a Reply team account can be automatically added to MailToaster for ease of use if the Import to MailToaster checkbox is enabled.
