How do I manage mailboxes in a team?

Learn how to manage your team’s email accounts directly from your settings

In this article, you will learn how to manage team mailboxes.

💡Note that if you are not a Team Owner, you can view and manage your teammates' mailboxes only in Team Edition Public mode.

You can view and manage your teammates' mailboxes in the Email Accounts section of your account settings. By default, the system filters mailboxes to show only those owned by you. To see all mailboxes, click the X next to the 1 owner filter.

You can filter the mailboxes by owners. Click on All owners to see the list of all members.

Then select the owners and click Apply.

Each mailbox will show the owner's name in a separate column.

Some email accounts are marked as default, meaning they are the default for that specific teammate and are automatically used for sequences they create. Only teammates can change their own default email settings, so you can adjust the default email only for your own account.

You can reconnect the mailbox, manage Warm-up settings, and delete email accounts for other teammates.

To reconnect the mailbox, click the Reconnect button.

To delete the email account, click the three dots and select Remove.

Click WarmUp settings to manage the mailbox warm-up.
