Before you start sending an invite, let's check the requirements for the team member to join the team:
the email you are sending an invite to is not linked to any account in Reply;
you are the team owner.
Now here is what you need to do:
Hover over your email;
Choose the Team Management tab;
Click the Invite Team member button:
Fill in the Name and Email fields:
Click Invite and done!
When your team member signs up for a Reply account, they will be automatically added to your team.
๐ก Important: Adding a team member requires an additional charge. One team member = 1 subscription seat.
