If you have some finished or ongoing campaigns you want to add a new step to, this article will help you with the steps. Here is what you need to doπŸ‘‡

  1. Add a new step at the end of your steps list:

  2. Change the contacts' statuses from Finished to Active (when adding steps to the finished campaign):

πŸ’‘ Important: Changing contacts' statuses is a required step; the sequence will not start sending new emails unless the prospects are active.

If you want to reactivate only particular people, you may use the filter first and activate them later. You can try this one:

This filter voids the Replied, Bounced, and Opted out contacts so you only activate the needed ones.

Once the prospects are active, the sequence will resume sending emails and you are good to go!
