The Emails dashboard on the Reports page helps you track how your email sequences are performing. It includes filters, key metrics, and detailed breakdowns by team member, sequence, template, or email account. All data is historical, so you can select a date range to review performance over a specific period.
💡The data is shown based on the timezone set in your account settings. When you select a time range, reports use that timezone, and all metrics are tied to the date the emails were sent.
Filters
Filters in Email reports let you customize reporting data based on the parameters you select.
Emails
The All emails dropdown lets you filter report data by email account. You can view results for:
All email accounts
A specific email account
Any combination of email accounts
By default, reports show data for all email accounts.
Sequences
The All sequences filter lets you view stats for:
All sequences
A specific sequence
Any combination of sequences
Just click the filter and select or deselect the sequences you need.
You can also choose No sequence to see reports for direct emails sent outside of sequences.
Owners
The All owners filter is available in Team Edition. It lets you see how the team, or a specific member, is performing. Click the All owners dropdown and select or deselect the team members you need.
Time
The All time filter lets you choose the period for your stats. You can pick All time, Last Week, Last Month, Last Year, or set a custom date range.
To set a custom range, click the All time dropdown, select Custom, and choose your start and end dates on the calendar.
You can also refine your reports using smart filters from the filtering panel.
Key metrics
The Key Metrics section shows the main statistics that help you measure the success of your sequence.
These include Total people, Contacted, Total accounts, Delivery rate, Open rate, Reply rate, Interested, Meetings booked, Opt-outs rate, Bounce rate, and Not reached.
💡 For a detailed explanation of what each metric means and how it's calculated, see our Email metrics explained article.
Export reports
In the upper left corner, next to the filters, you'll find the Export button. Click it to open a dropdown with three options: Export contact CSV, Export sequence CSV, and Export sequences with Trends CSV.
Select the option(s) you need and click Export. If you want to export sequences with Trends, make sure Trends is enabled in the smart filters first. You'll get a notification in the Notification Center once your report is ready.
Detailed breakdown
This section gives you more detailed information about a sequence's performance. There are five views: Team, Sequences, Templates, Email accounts, and Contacts by providers. You can use these alongside the filters from the Filters section.
You can also sort the grid by any column in all views. Click a column header to sort in descending order, and click it again to sort in ascending order.
For example, in the Team view, you can filter deliveries to show either Percentage or Amount, then click the Deliveries column to sort in descending order, or click again to sort in ascending order.
Team
The Team tab shows performance broken down by individual team members.
For example, select All Sequences and All time filters, then go to the Team tab. The system will display the filtered results for each team member.
Sequences
The Sequences tab displays stats for each sequence. Click a sequence name to go directly to its Stats tab.
Templates
The Templates tab lets you track how each email template is performing.
Email accounts
The Email accounts tab shows performance for each email account.
Contacts by providers
Shows how your emails perform across different email providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). This helps you understand deliverability and identify issues with specific providers.
