Schedules management

You can create and manage all delivery windows in the Schedules tab of your Settings. If you have the Team Edition mode enabled, you may also sort your team's schedules. Just expand the All Owners drop-down menu and select any teammate:

If you need to create a new schedule, follow these steps๐Ÿ‘‡

  1. Click the New schedule button.

  2. Enter any title in the Name field.

  3. Choose the timezone for sending.

  4. Mark the checkboxes for the sending days.

  5. Adjust the time by moving the hour line or clicking the + icon.

  6. Click Save.

๐Ÿ’ก It is best to have a delivery window of at least 2.5-4 hours, based on how the sending works.

If you want your follow-up messages to have a separate schedule, check these steps:

  1. Turn the Separate schedule for follow-ups toggle on.

  2. Mark the checkboxes next to the needed days and select sending hours.

  3. Click Save.

๐Ÿ’ก Reply also uses the UTC zone without considering Daylight Saving Time. You can use external tools to define time zones for your outreach accurately.

Advanced Settings

If you want to adjust the sending time to the local time of your prospects, turn the Use contact's specific time-zone if set toggle on. The contact's time zone can be determined automatically during the import if:

  • The Country column is not empty.

  • The State column is not empty OR you have the City column.

There is also an option to avoid sending emails on public holidays.

Default schedule

If you have multiple schedules, you can set one as the default. This schedule will be automatically applied to new sequences. All you need to do is click on the Make default when hovering over the sending window.

Removing a schedule

If you do not need some schedule, you can remove it by clicking the Trash icon. However, if some campaigns still use this delivery window, you have to change it first. Once the schedule is no longer in use, the Trash icon will be active.
