Now, when you move contacts to a sequence, you can choose the exact date they will start being processed. This helps you plan your outreach more effectively and ensures your messages are sent at the right time.
By picking a start date, you can also align your outreach with important dates, events, or marketing strategies.
How does it work?
Select your contacts on the People page and click on Move to sequence;
Select your sequence;
Pick the start date by clicking on the calendar sign and press Move contact.
If you hover over the Current Step column in the sequence, you will see the date when the contact will be processed.
Please make sure the schedule is open for that day. For example, if the chosen date is a Tuesday, ensure that Tuesday is available in your sequence settings. For more information on adjusting the sequence schedule, please refer to the following article.
