Reply offers an email validation service within your account. This article will help you with the steps on how to purchase them.
Steps to enable
Once you are ready to check the options and pick the credit package, you can follow these steps:
Go to the Settings;
Move to the Plans & Billing tab;
Click on the + icon next to the validation credits:
Pick the package you need:
Recalculate and Subscribe!
You can always check the balance on the Plans & Billing tab and purchase more credits if needed.
π‘ Important: Once you have selected the contacts and clicked Validate, wait a few minutes for the validation results. If you choose the same list one more time, the credits will be deducted again (for re-validation).
Steps to disable
Once you decide to disable the email validation, credits will be removed. Here are the steps you need to follow:
Go to the Settings;
Move to the Plans & Billing tab;
Click on the + icon next to the validation credits:
Pick the 0 credits for the $0 package:
Recalculate & Subscribe!
