Autopilot mode helps add new contacts to your AI SDR sequence automatically and maintain a steady flow of prospects. Once enabled, Reply.io will keep your outreach active by pulling in fresh leads based on the filters you’ve set.

Autopilot mode can be enabled when creating an AI SDR sequence. Once you reach the step for selecting contacts, you can click on Edit filters to configure the filters that control which contacts will be added to your sequence.

Let’s take a closer look at the available filters 👇:

Account-based filters

Sales Navigator Search URL

Paste the URL of your LinkedIn Sales Navigator search results, and your filters in Reply.io will automatically update to match the ones from the link.

Some filters, like ‘Changed Jobs’ or ‘Shared Experiences’, or saved searches in Sales Navigator, aren’t supported yet. If any unsupported filters are used, you’ll see a note letting you know they’ll be skipped, but the rest will still apply.

Accounts List

Upload a list of companies by providing their domains, and the AI will find contacts from those companies instead of using account-based filters. You can select the list from a dropdown.

💡Note: Fields like Industry and Employee Headcount will be locked since they’re based on the company data you upload.

To use this option, first upload your accounts on the Accounts page, create a list, and select it in Autopilot.

Industry – filter companies based on their industry (e.g., SaaS, healthcare, finance).

Employee Headcount – target companies based on the total number of employees.

Employee Headcount Growth – set the minimum and maximum percentage to find companies that are growing in size over time.

Department Headcount Growth – set the percentage range to target companies with growing teams in specific departments, like Marketing or Sales.

Annual Revenue – target companies based on their estimated annual revenue in USD.

Keywords (for Companies) – search for companies that mention specific keywords in their descriptions or activities.

Technologies Used – this filter lets you find companies that use specific technologies related to your product. It helps you connect with prospects based on the tools they already use or might be interested in adopting.

Hiring on Social Media – this filter allows you to see which companies have open job positions. By focusing on these companies, you can reach out to prospects who are currently involved in the hiring process and may be more receptive to your solutions.

Contact-based filters

Contact Location – filter contacts by country, city, or region.

Job Title – target specific roles like Marketing Manager or Head of Sales.

Department – find contacts working in departments like Sales, Marketing, or HR.

Seniority – focus on seniority levels such as Director, Lead, or Manager.

Keywords (for Contacts) – search contacts using specific terms in their titles or bios.

💡Note: You can also click the ‘–’ icon to exclude specific job titles, industries, locations, etc.

📖 Tip: We recommend refining your audience step-by-step:

  1. Start broad by filtering by location (country).

  2. Then narrow down by industry and company size.

  3. Review the companies found and check the roles and titles available.

Aim for a target of around 5,000 to 10,000 companies. If your audience is smaller (under 1,000 companies), use the Accounts list to upload a CSV of the specific companies you want to target.

Settings

Contacts-Only Search Mode – focus only on individual contacts, even if company details are missing. Some options like industry filters won’t be available, but you’ll still have access to more prospects.

Add Contacts Without Email Addresses – this will help you increase your pool of prospects if you're focusing on LinkedIn-only outreach.

Number of Contacts Per Company – set how many contacts you want AI SDR to add from each company.

Number of Contacts Per Day – control how many new contacts will be added to your sequence each day.
