Integrating RB2B with your Reply account lets you automatically add new US-based prospects into Reply sequences and contact lists, allowing you to reach out to them quickly. This integration is available exclusively for RB2B Pro users and works only for US-based traffic. Follow these steps to set it up:
Step 1. Activate Your RB2B Account
Make sure you have an active RB2B Pro account before setting up the integration.β
Step 2. Get the Webhook URL from Reply
Go to the Integrations page in your Reply account.
Click on "Configure" under RB2B and copy the webhook URL.
Step 3. Configure the Integration in RB2B
Log in to your RB2B account and go to the Integrations page.
Find the Reply.io integration and click on "Set up integration".
Paste the copied webhook URL into the "Webhook URL" field.
Enable the integration by toggling the Status switch.
βStep 4. Map your sequences, lists, and contact fields
You can choose to map your leads to a specific sequence or a list in Reply, or both. If you don't select a sequence or list, the leads will simply be uploaded to your Reply account. If you add them to a sequence, you can reach out to prospects who visit your website through email or social media within minutes of their visit. Adding them to a list helps keep prospects from your website separate from those added via imports or other integrations.
Map the contact fields from RB2B to Reply. Most fields are default ones and will be mapped automatically. These include:
First Name
Last Name
Title
Company Name
Industry
Employee Count
State
City
LinkedIn URL
Business Email
You can also map additional fields like Website, Zip Code, and Estimated Revenue. These fields can be synced to custom fields in Reply, and if you select "Match all fields," custom fields with the same names will be created accordingly.
π‘ Tip: Once you have everything set up, you can send a test event from RB2B to your Reply account to check if the test contact is added to your account, list, or sequence as expected.
