In Reply, you can set up notifications to get emails on the errors and team/sequence activities. We offer three types of notifications:

  • Team reports - shows how many emails were sent within the whole team in the specified time interval. You can set up daily, weekly, or monthly team reports.

  • Sequence error reports - sequence errors from the past 24 hours with recommendations on how to fix them.

  • Notifications when the token expires - emails about issues with mailbox connection. Here is an article if you need more details on how to fix this problem.

๐Ÿ’ก The Email notifications setup is only available for the team owners/admins (Team Edition disabled, Team Edition Private mode, Team Edition Public mode).

Here is how you may access these settings:

  • Go to the Emails section of your Settings.

  • Expand the Email notifications part and turn the toggles on/off.

Both team and token expiration reports allow you to pick the email account to send these notifications. You may enter as many emails as you need or remove some unnecessary ones:

Once you are ready with the setup, just save the changes and it is done!
