How to reconnect Outlook/Exchange accounts

Learn how to reconnect an Office 365 Outlook/Exchange account

If there are any connection issues with your mailbox, it is best to reconnect it from the Settings to ensure smooth sending. Here is what you need to do:

  • Go to the Email Accounts tab of your Settings.

  • Hover over your mailbox and click the Reconnect icon.

  • Sign back into your account and ensure the dot next to it is green.

๐Ÿ’ก Important:

  • Your email account's historical data will not be affected after reconnection. You can access, and view all previous reports and statistics.

  • If you are trying to reconnect the mailbox that is added manually, you need to delete it. Ensure the mailbox is added back to the sequences and assigned to the contacts once you are done.

It is recommended to restart the sequences after the reconnection by turning the toggle off and back on. The campaigns will continue sending emails in 15-20 minutes.
