Accounts are groups of contacts registered under the same domain or are members of the same company. Sometimes you need to find an account quickly, and this article will help you with the steps.
Create a filter
Once you are ready with the conditions, you can start creating filters. Here is what you need to doπ
Go to the Accounts section of the People page;
Click on the filter icon:
Select conditions you need;
Hit Apply:
π‘ Important: make sure to select the correct property (equals, contains, etc.). Otherwise, the filter may not work. The tips on each property are listed below:
Equals - this value will show you the accounts with a 100% match to the properties. Does not equal - this value is the opposite of the previous one; it will void the entered data. Contains - the value will pull accounts containing (but without a 100% match) entered data. Not contains - this value shows accounts with no entered data. Is null - you will get the accounts with an empty specified field (for example Country is blank). |
Use a default filter
Besides the filters you can create depending on your needs, we have some default options. You can see them on the upper part of the page:
All owners - if you have a team, you can choose the Account's owner;
Activity date - pick the last interaction with the Account;
Saved filters - if you have saved some filters, you can find the list under the button;
This is it! If you have any questions left, feel free to message our Support team in chats or email them at [email protected].
